Pace of Play
We pride ourselves on a reasonable pace of play in our time-starved world. Rounds of three hours and thirty minutes are not unusual at Marine Drive and all players are expected to play in four hours or less. This will give you more time to relax before heading off for the rest of your day.
Rules of Golf
The Rules of Golf as approved by Golf Canada will apply, in conjunction with the following local rules:
Practice Fairway: any ball finishing within the marked area of the practice fairway is in a “no play zone” and the player must play another ball from the designated drop areas (on either the 2nd or 10th hole). No penalty.
Rock Walls: all rock walls forming tees are an integral part of the course and thus are not obstructions.
Sprinkler Heads Close to Putting Greens: interference exists if an obstruction is on the player’s line of play, and is within two club lengths of the putting green, and is within two club-lengths of the ball. No relief under this local rule if the player chooses a line of play that is clearly unreasonable.
